About Russell Jackman

Russell is a Unity minister with over 30 years of meditation experience. From his very first simple experience of following his breath, meditation became a companion. His earliest and still favorite meditations are guided meditations followed by extended periods of silence.

Russell utilizes mediation in his healing practices to experience what’s present under the struggle and dis-ease that’s presenting itself in life. Part of the healing journey is being with the present experience while discovering the relaxation and clarity that is found in the silence.
