About Rebecca Jeter
Rebecca was first introduced to meditation in 2010 and has used a variety of techniques to develop her own meditation practice over the years. She found meditation most accessible in the beginning through guided meditations from The Meditation Podcast. Since Rebecca began studying Somatic Movement and Energy Healing, her meditation practice has evolved into more silent reflection and observation of what is going on in her present moment.
