Messages with Rev. Aliza Bloom Robinson
Every community moves through seasons of change. The question is not whether we experience transition, but how we meet it.
Drawing on the Japanese art of Kintsugi—repairing broken pottery with gold—Rev. Aliza's message explores how spiritual communities evolve, refine, and become stronger through conscious choice.
As we prepare to gather for our Annual Membership Meeting following our service, we reflect on who we are, why we exist, and what it means to participate in the living future of Unity Fort Worth.
In the 4-week journey toward Easter, we're walking the Way of the Christ through Jesus' teachings to awaken the Christ presence within and live it boldly in the world.
On Palm Sunday, we often remember celebration and expectation—but beneath the story is a deeper invitation. What if miracles are not supernatural interruptions, but shifts in awareness? In this message, Rev. Aliza explores the miracles of Jesus as demonstrations of aligned consciousness—moments when fear gives way to faith, limitation dissolves, and divine possibility emerges. When we change how we see, we change what becomes possible. This Palm Sunday, we consider the miracle that begins within.
In this 4-week journey toward Easter, we're walking the Way of the Christ through Jesus' teachings to awaken the Christ presence within and live it boldly in the world.
Jesus didn’t just give instructions—he told stories. Simple, earthy, human stories that bypass the arguing mind and speak directly to the soul.
In the first message of our series, Rev. Aliza explores the parables as living metaphors—mirrors for our own consciousness and invitations to awaken. Through a New Thought lens, we’ll discover how these timeless teachings aren’t about moral performance, but about inner transformation.
What if every parable is less about someone else—and more about the state of awareness we are cultivating right now?
In our 4-week series on The Four Agreements, we’re exploring practical pathways to deepen connection, act with intention, and create a vibrant, thriving spiritual community by showing up as our best, most authentic selves.
In this opening message, Rev. Aliza explores what it means to be impeccable with your word: speaking truthfully, consciously, and with love.
Words are magic—they create worlds, shape relationships, and reflect the spirit of our community. Together, we’ll look at how our words can either strengthen the soil of our shared spiritual space or stir unnecessary chaos, and how choosing them wisely cultivates trust, belonging, and alignment with our highest potential.
Practical, playful, and grounded in both Unity teachings and real life, this message invites you to step into the power of your voice—for yourself, and for the community we are building together.
We're turning principal into real-world impact with our 5-week series, Living Our Values, in which we're exploring how Unity Fort Worth's Core Values—Belonging, Integrity, Spiritual Practice, Loving, and Service—can move from ideas into lived experience.
For the fifth and final week in the series, we're diving into our value of Service.
Service is more than action—it’s the outward expression of a heart aligned with Spirit.
Rev. Aliza invites you to explore how being in service—both within our community and beyond—transforms lives, deepens connection, and amplifies your own spiritual growth. Discover how acts of service, big and small, become gateways to love, presence, and the unfolding of your highest potential.
Join us for the second week in our 5-week Living Our Values series, which invites us to explore how Unity Fort Worth's Core Values—Belonging, Integrity, Spiritual Practice, Loving, and Service—can move from ideas into lived experience. Together, we’ll turn principles into presence, connection, and real-world impact!
This Sunday, Rev, Aliza join us in person to dive into our value of Belonging. Belonging is more than fitting in—it’s the courage to show up fully and be seen. In this talk, Rev. Aliza in-person invites you to explore what it truly means to create and experience a space where connection, acceptance, and love flow naturally. We can't wait to spend Sunday with you, learning how belonging begins within, radiates outward, and becomes the soil for vibrant, heart-centered community!
Join us as we kick off our 5-week Living Our Values series, which invites us to explore how Unity Fort Worth's Core Values—Belonging, Integrity, Spiritual Practice, Loving, and Service—can move from ideas into lived experience. Together, we’ll turn principles into presence, connection, and real-world impact!
In our opening week, we focus on Spiritual Practice. Spiritual practice isn’t about doing more—it’s about tuning in. Rev. Aliza joins us virtually to explore how simple, consistent practices—prayer, meditation, reflection, and playful awareness—can shift our consciousness, anchor our presence, and transform the ordinary into the sacred. Discover how aligning with Spirit daily turns life into a canvas for joy, insight, and miracles.
If Peace only worked on calm days, none of us would have it.
Thankfully, that’s not how spiritual peace works. Join us as we explore the surprising ways Peace shows up inside the chaos—and how to access that deep calm even when life is loud, messy, or a little extra.
Our 2025 Advent series, Light for the Journey, invites us to carry the quiet light of Hope & Faith, Peace, Love, and Joy through this season and our daily lives, discovering how it guides, heals, and connects us along the way.
In the second week of our series, Rev. Aliza, drawing from her book Paradox of Awakening: Finding Peace in a World of Chaos, we’ll rediscover Peace as a living frequency, a spiritual technology, and a daily practice of alignment.
For the third week of our Attitude of Gratitude series, we consider the wisdom of 12th-century mystic, Meister Eckhart, “If the only prayer you ever say in all your life is ‘Thank You’, it will be enough.”
When we think prayer, when we think gratitude, life becomes simpler. When we practice prayer as gratitude or gratitude as prayer, we discover deeper levels of a basic and simple principle reflecting our 3rd Principle: What we focus on is what we experience.
Join us this Sunday as Rev. Aliza leads us in exploring this sacred simplicity and the transformative power of grateful prayer.
🎶 It’s our theme song for this month of Gratitude.
🦸 It’s a Super Power.
🌟 It’s a way of Being.
In the second week of our Attitude of Gratitude series, we're exploring practical ways to cultivate our own attitudes of gratitude in every day life. Rev. Aliza will be with us virtually to guide us in taking gratitude as a spiritual practice to the next level and elevate yourself, others and the world.
During our The Wisdom We Carry series, we’ve been diving into the impact and importance of our ancestors, which we typically think of as coming before us. In the final week of our series, Rev. Aliza connects us with their impact on our lives—how they have created (or helped to create) our current lives—and explores the question: what if we also have “future ancestors”, what might that look like or mean?
Since it’s also the Sunday before Halloween, we’ll be exploring the masks we wear, where they come from, and what happens when we remove them. For a fun touch, you're invited to wear a costume to service!
In the third week of our The Wisdom We Carry series, we're focusing on Unity co-founder, Myrtle Fillmore. Myrtle is considered the Mother of Unity, in essence one of our spiritual ancestors.
Along with Rev. Aliza (live and in-person), discover little known facts about Myrtle and her own ancestral lineage beyond the physical. Who and what energies did she embody and what new insights can we glean from another look at her, the heart of the Unity movement? Join us to explore Myrtle’s spiritual legacy and discover Unity’s ancestral roots.

For a fun touch, wear purple for Power or light blue for Imagination (or both!).

This week in our Powerfully You series, Rev. Aliza invites us to explore how to cultivate spiritual insight through Wisdom and lead with the heart through Love—not as emotional reactions, but as spiritual superpowers that bring healing, clarity, and connection.
There is a spiritual power center within you—not just one, but twelve. Each holds a frequency of divine potential, ready to be switched on.
We begin our Powerfully You message series with an exploration, lead by Rev. Aliza (live in-person!), through Unity’s framework of the Twelve Powers. In a blend of metaphysical insight and modern resonance—from Fillmore’s spiritual lineage to the quantum field—together we'll learn what the Twelve Powers are, why they matter now more than ever, and how you can use them to awaken a more vibrant, empowered, and purpose-aligned life.

What if the Universe is always playing a song just for you — and all you have to do is listen? In this metaphysical exploration of the 2007 film August Rush, we’ll dive into the power of inner guidance, divine timing, and the sacred sound of connection that draws us home.
August Rush follows a musically gifted orphan named Evan who believes he can find his birth parents through the music he hears and creates. As he navigates life on the streets of New York City, he adopts the name August Rush and catches the attention of a charismatic but controlling mentor. Meanwhile, his parents—an Irish singer and a cellist—are unknowingly being drawn back together by the music that connects them all.
Rev. Aliza joins us live and in-person as we continue our "Metaphysics at the Movies" series with August Rush. Come tune into the music of Spirit and discover how your soul’s symphony is always unfolding in perfect harmony!
What if the point of life isn’t to achieve something grand—but to feel the breeze, taste the pizza, and witness a falling leaf with awe? The Disney/Pixar movie, Soul, gently unravels our obsession with purpose and invites us into the wonder of right now.
The story follows Joe, a middle-school band teacher whose life hasn't quite gone the way he expected. His true passion is jazz. But when he travels to another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it means to have soul.
As we continue through our “Metaphysics at the Movies” series, we invite you, guided by Rev. Aliza connecting virtually, to explore this beautiful film through the lens of spiritual awakening and rediscover the magic in ordinary moments.
In the fourth of our five-week talk series on Unity’s Five Principles, we quiet the noise and turn inward to consider Unity Principle #4:
"Through prayer and meditation, we align our heart-mind with God. Denials and affirmations are tools we use."
It is through prayer and meditation that we make conscious contact with God/Spirit/Source. Unity teaches that prayer is talking with God, meditation is listening. We also teach that every thought is a prayer. So what are you thinking? Worry, fear, anxiety all become the prayers you are praying, even, or especially, if it is unconscious. Rev. Aliza joins us in person to help us refresh our prayer and meditation practice.
Join us this Sunday as we dive into a five-week talk series on Unity’s Five Principles. Our transitional minister, Rev. Aliza Bloom Robinson, joins us virtually to introduce us to the Five Principles and deep dive into our first:
"There is only one Presence and one Power active as the Universe and in my life, God the Good."
If we truly lived and breathed and believed this principle, we would never worry, or be stressed, or experience strife in the world. Rev. Aliza invites us to ponder: if we say we believe it, why do we still experience strife?
In a world that often feels divided and harsh, kindness is a revolutionary act. Rev. Aliza leads us on an exploration of kindness as a spiritual principle and practice. Discover the transformative power of activating simple, courageous compassion—and how it can change not only the world, but us.
Join us this Sunday as we celebrate Star Wars Day—May the Fourth! It's the perfect moment to reflect on the wisdom of the Jedi and their iconic blessing: "May the Force be with you." What is the Force that drives you, supports you, or limits you? Rev. Aliza will be with us in person to offer a metaphysical exploration worthy of the Jedi Temple itself. You might discover a new twist on an ancient idea that could transform your life faster than a jump to hyperspace!
Across the globe, millions celebrate Easter as a resurrection story — of Jesus, of hope, of love prevailing over fear. In Unity, we go deeper. We ask: What is being resurrected in me today? What can rise anew in us, as a global humanity? Let this be more than a holiday — it can be a holy moment, the day that shifts your life forever. Join us for our Easter Sunday service at 1 PM CT as Rev. Aliza Bloom Robinson delivers an uplifting Easter message that blends metaphysical insight, spiritual empowerment, and joyful resurrection energy.
What matters to you? What matters to UFW? And why does it matter? It all depends on what the “it” is. Rev. Aliza joins us live and in-person for this engaging and inspiring talk exploring what we make things mean, especially when they matter to us. Leaning into our Vision/Mission and Why as a ministry, this talk will inspire you personally to take a deeper look at your life too. Why are you here on the planet? Might it be for spiritual awakening? Might it be about developing a consciousness of Oneness, and moving along the journey to slay the dragons, jump the chasms, overcome the obstacles?
With a look at Spiritual Intelligence, Rev. Aliza (live & in-person!) will lead us on an exploration of one powerful aspect of the hero’s journey by presenting two simple questions we can ask ourselves to grow consciously in Oneness.
Sit with that question for a moment. What comes up? What else is underneath your first reaction? Do you even believe it is possible? Or righteous? Could you consider what might be different in your life, if it did get easier?
Join us along with Rev. Aliza (live and in-person!) for this exploration and introduction to the book that Janette Jordan will be teaching in our Falling Into Ease Class soon!
What would the world look like, feel like, be like if it had as its foundation, a culture of love? Rev. Aliza join us virtually to open doorways to new perspectives and possibilities and invite us ALL to be the creators of a new world culture, a world we’d love!
As we kick off the New Year, the White Stone ceremony guides us to receiving a theme or intention for the year. Activating the wisdom of Spirit, Rev. Aliza (liv e and in-person!) will guide us through a process to “receive” our theme/intention. This ceremony is based on an ancient ritual of new beginnings and being blessed with a new name and a fresh start. So perfect for Unity Fort Worth as we usher in a new year and a new era of ministry!
In our six-week Unapologetic Manifestation series, we're embracing our creative power and discovering how to unapologetically partner with the Divine to claim the life we desire.
Our creative power begins in thought. This week, we examine the role of focused awareness in manifestation.
Unity teaches that thoughts are seeds, and what we consistently plant, we eventually harvest. By becoming intentional with our inner dialogue and attention, we shift from scattered hoping to aligned creating.
Focus is not force—it is devotion to the vision Spirit is unfolding through you.
