Each evening, write down three things you are grateful for. These can be small moments or significant events. Notice how expressing gratitude impacts your sense of abundance.
Take it further: Find a gratitude partner. Each evening before you go to sleep, send a text or email to one or more gratitude partners with a list of three things you are grateful for today.

Visualization:
Spend five minutes each morning visualizing the life you’re claiming. engaging all your senses. Consider areas such as health, relationships, work, and finances, and let your imagination bring them to life.
Vision Board:
Over the next week or month, make a digital or analog vision board of the life you want to live and start allowing abundance into your life.
Look for images that resonate with you—homes, clothes, jewelry, situations—without judgment
Include images that represent your understanding of the Divine, such as angels, the Universe, Icons, Jesus, or God.
Write down positive affirmations of your true self, like I am powerful, I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am loving.
Place your most powerful image of the Divine in the center.
Then divide you board into four to six sections, designating each section for an aspect of your life, such as health, wealth, home and relationships, career, or family (customize the sections to fit your unique vision).
Arrange images and I AM statements in each section. Have fun with this part—create a collage and insert your face among the images!
