Hospitality Assistant
Purpose
To assist in creating an inviting environment for fellowship after Sunday Service and other special services, as requested.
Activities
Speaking with congregants as they move through the food line.
Preparing tables, beverages and setting out food as provided by volunteers.
Cleaning up after fellowship time, including tables, dishes.
Qualifications
Finding joy through providing an inviting fellowship time.
Arriving on time and working as a team.
Time Commitment
Sundays 10:30AM - 1:00PM
Special services as requested.
Refreshments/Homemade Snacks
Purpose
Providing refreshments and homemade snacks for enjoyment by our community during fellowship time.
Activities
Preparing and providing tasty treats.
Qualifications
Dropping off treats at scheduled time.
Cooking/Baking Enjoyment.
Time Commitment
Food to be prepared and delivered as requested on Sundays scheduled.
Laundry
Purpose
Helping keep the fellowship time presentable and clean by taking home and cleaning tablecloths, towels, dishrags, and the like.
Activities
Coordinating with the Head Hospitality for monthly or more frequent taking home and returning of items for laundering.
Qualifications
Interest in providing freshly laundered items to the Hospitality Team.
Time Commitment
Collect items after service one week and return before service the next week.
Flowers
Purpose
Providing flowers as requested by congregants for the enjoyment by our community during services.
Activities
Preparing and providing beautiful flower arrangements.
Qualifications
Flower arranging skills and talents.
Time Commitment
As needed to purchase and arrange flowers for requested services.
