The Art of Gratitude

This Week’s Spiritual Intention

To recognize the people and experiences that have enriched our lives and express heartfelt appreciation for their impact.

How big can a grateful heart grow? Let's find out as we explore gratitude in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving through The Grateful Heart series!

Gratitude is an art of noticing: recognizing the people, moments, and everyday gifts that make our lives richer. But sometimes, the people who make the biggest difference in our lives are the ones we forget to thank. This week, we'll slow down, reflect on the impact others have had on us, and put our appreciation into words with a heartfelt thank-you note. You might be surprised by how much there is to celebrate!

Created by Our Community

This week's circle is thoughtfully designed and facilitated by our Executive Director, Lane. Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and a personal expression of appreciation, she's created an opportunity for us to pause, recognize the people who have enriched our lives, and share a little gratitude.
