A bit about me
I began attending Unity Fort Worth in summer 2017 and became involved early on as an enthusiastic volunteer for the YFM, music, and tech teams. I now serve the community as a full-time staff member, managing the day-to-day operations as Executive Director.
I enjoy reading for fun and learning, and I spend time a great deal of time digging into my special interest du jour—picking up new information, useful skills, and trivial fun along the way. My other interests include (but are certainly not limited to): epic fantasy novels, playing games (video, board, brain teasers, whatever), movies & popcorn, dancing while cooking, deep thinking, and keeping up with pop culture.
I absolutely adore the beautiful life I have created with my husband, two kids, three pets, and Unity Fort Worth! And it’s my greatest hope to help you feel the same about your life.
Why do I serve?
Pretty simple: my purpose in life is to bring joy and ease to others.
I tend to gravitate toward leadership & administrative roles through which I can express my unique creativity in service to others, fostering greater ease, joy, and connection.
What gifts do I bring?
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and have had a lifelong interest in technology and systems design. Which means I love to solve problems and make all kinds of things work together for a greater good. I’m a self-starter and avid learner, continuously developing an array of skills which I use to create efficient systems and processes that help Unity Fort Worth run smoothly and do more.
