This 6-week course, beginning Wednesday June 23, 7:00 pm, Fellowship Hall, is an interactive exploration using the “What If Up” mastermind process featured in Mindy’s book, What If It All Goes Right?. Students will experience the practical application of the spiritual laws of creation.

 You’re invited to join the Venerable Subhuti for a 5-week series, 1 ½ hours each week, of Buddhist Insight Meditation. In this active process, the inner workings of the mind and body are discovered and transformed. There are various insight meditation techniques including:
- Mindfulness of Breathing
- Loving Kindness
- Equanimity
- Compassion
- Sympathetic Joy
- Mindfulness of Sensations
- Mindfulness of the Body
Subhuti’s skills come from a unique and deeper Buddhist forest tradition. He has perfected this process of liberating the mind. The uniqueness of being a forest meditation teacher is that he is a living example of lasting peace and happiness. Venerable Subhuti lives in the Wedgwood neighborhood and practices at the Dhamma Meditation Hermitage.
