Integrated Healthworks is a mind, body, spirit, and life center dedicated to providing wellness services for the whole person to improve the quality of life. Our center provides therapeutic counseling, life coaching, bio-feedback, nutritional services, massage therapy, support groups, and fitness classes. A bilingual therapist is available for those who speak Spanish. In addition, through a changing calendar of workshops, seminars, and other programs, we provide educational and creative opportunities to improve the overall wellbeing of our clients.
Staff at Integrated Healthworks offer educational and training programs for the public on a wide variety of topics. Community workshops, seminars, and classes are available to schools, parent and teacher organizations, community groups, and churches. Topics may include, but are not limited to: positive parenting, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
At Integrated Healthworks, we believe that individuals have the power to create wellness in their own lives. Wellness is more than an absence of disease. It is a state of optimal well-being.
