Paul's Prayer
Charles Fillmore, co-founder of Unity, was inspired to create this wonderful affirmation of Truth many years ago. It states, "I am centered and poised in the Christ Spirit. Nothing can disturb the calm peace of my soul".
In this elegant and powerful statement contain all we need to transform our consciousness and experience order and peace. The I Am Consciousness of God at the heart of each of us is always centered and poised. It is the true nature of the Christ within. With this understanding we realize that nothing has the power to upset or overwhelm us. No matter what the circumstance we have the courage and strength to effectively deal with any and every eventuality.
This day know that you are centered and poised - that same Christ Spirit which is the true gift of God poured out. No matter the challenge, the hurt, the sense of separation or lack, nothing can disturb your soul. You find your peace and poise, your strength and courage in Spirit. God gives you victory over all adversity and brings the balm of perfect peace to your soul.
For the Truth and Reality of this victory is in our lives today, we give grateful thanks. And so it is. Amen.
