Family Heart Agreement

                                                               Child's Commitments:
I AGREE to do my best to grow in my understanding of God.
I AGREE to love my neighbors and classmates as myself.
I AGREE to use kind words towards my teachers and classmates, avoid name-calling, putting others down.
I AGREE to act in kindness towards others by not hitting, kicking, shoving, or spitting.
I AGREE to help myself and others learn by observing times set aside for quiet.
I AGREE to care for materials and help with clean-up.
I AGREE to cooperate with my teachers by listening politely and by participating in group activities.
I AGREE to not bring toys into the classroom unless my teacher asks me to.

                                                              Parent's Commitments:
I AGREE to do my very best to affirm my child(ren) as a beloved child(ren) of God.
I AGREE to the very best of my ability, to support my child's participation in other spiritual enrichment activities.
I AGREE to bring my child to Sunday class on time, and I AGREE to pick up my child as soon as possible after the Church service.
I AGREE to meet and become acquainted with my child(ren)'s teachers.
I AGREE to walk my child to their classroom and sign them in if they are in grades PreK-grade 4.
I AGREE to support my child in their spiritual edication by reviewing the weekly lesson with my child, and by, doing my best to live in accordance with Unity spiritual principles as demonstrated by Jesus Christ.
I AGREE to inform my child's teacher of any special needs my child may have, or, if they are taking any type of medication.
I AGREE to assist my child(ren) with the above Child's Commitments.

                                                           Teacher's Commitments:
I AGREE to treat all children with kindness, respect, amd love; affirming them as children of God.
I AGREE to be careful to listen to the students and be attentive to their needs.
I AGREE to be supportive, patient, positive, and understanding.
I AGREE to be prepared and on time.
I AGREE to do my best to make my class fun, interesting, educational, and true to Unity teachings.
I AGREE to be respectful and communicative to all parents.
