Hi, my name is Miriam Hoffman-Roach.
So a baby grows inside the other. A microscopic cell that differentiates
into arms, legs, lungs and heart. Loving guardians nurture this creation.
Crazy to imagine that we have all been just a tiny cell at some point
in our life time. It's too bad we don't appreciate the miracle we are.
Life gets old.
Remember, you are only as young as you feel. Take some time to slow down.
Take some time to relax in a comfy chair. Take some time to focus on something
you enjoy.
The only way to do something right is to practice it and get it wrong.
If we could all show a little more compassion and realize that we all
originate from the same source our everyday lives just might be a little
happier.

Hello I'm Paul John Roach senior minister of Unity Church
of Fort Worth.
This country was founded on the principles of self determination
and freedom of speech and of thought. These are precious hallmarks of
a great society.
In times of stress and difficulty there is a tendency for
these principles to be compromised in the interest of safety.
Let us remember that Jesus lived in a time of stress too
where Israel was ruled by a foreign power. He did not feel it necessary
to compromise though. His message was unconditional love and expansive
good for all people, without exception. Let us embody these same qualitites
as individuals and as a world community so that we can truly honor the
best in us and in our great nation.

Hi, my name is Miriam Hoffman-Roach.
Life is so incredible. I wake up in the morning to the sound of music
on my alarm next to my bed. I barely lift a finger to turn the light on
in the bathroom before turning the water on to take a shower.
The coffee maker, stove to cook eggs, and the refrigerator that keeps
the orange juice cold are luxuries that are not enjoyed by everyone in
the world.
Due to the storms a few weeks ago there was no electricity in my house.
You may have experienced the same thing or a least know someone else who
did.
Those few days of candle lighting, no phone, no computer, no stove, and
no washer and dryer opened my eyes to the reality of how grateful I am.
Take a few moments today to simply count your blessings. We get so wrapped
up in our to do lists and endless errands that we forget to enjoy the
moment we are in.
Thank you for being present with me. Have a spectacular day! Love, protect,
and admire all of creation.

Hi I'm Miriam Hoffman-Roach from Unity Church of Fort Worth.
We are all on a journey.
Journey to the kitchen. Journey to the car. Journey to church. Journey
to work. Journey to the end. The one thing that is consistent is the journey.
Where is your focus? Where is my focus?
The destination will always be changing and will be different for everyone.
We are united by the fact that we are all on a journey and we all suffer
at some point on our journey. We suffer because we get distracted and
become apathetic.
Stay focused and determined.
Pray anytime, anywhere; God is everywhere at the same time!
Take time today to comfort someone with a hug or a smile or a kind word.
I promise that doing this will add joy to your day. Keep your wits about
you and remember who you are!
Smile, pass on the love!
